BenjamIn Rosa-Schellhorn has over 19 years experience in the industry. Benjamín has worked with in all major manufacturing sector in the island. Mostly covering all Supply Chain related areas, Benjamín has brought significant value improvements to the organizations he has worked for, thus receiving various recognitions in the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices sector, as well as, in the Electronics and Textiles segments. Benjamín has worked for organizations of the size of Baxter, General Electric, Motorola, Hanes and actually performs as Strategic Sourcing Director Johnson & Johnson PR Operations , serving as liaison for global procurement teams. Benjamín also supports community efforts and is part of the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Supplier Development Council since early 2007. In Supplier Development, Benjamin has successfully exported talented local suppliers beyond the island, as part of the J&J Supplier Relationship Program.
Banjamín holds two bachelor degrees: in Industrial Management and in Organizational Studies (Human Resources). He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

Herminio Bosques, from Aguadilla, has around 12 years of experience in the manufacturing field, mainly in the pharmaceutical sector. Started his career as Production Supervisor for the Timberland Co. and joined Merck Sharp & Dohme as a Planner/Buyer by 1995. Since then, has been developing his career in various positions and has served as Planning Head, Manufacturing Manager, Procurement Manager, Lean/Six Sigma Implementation Leader and most recent as Sourcing Director PR, Caribbean & Central America.
Some accomplishments has been Production key performance indicators above class A (>95%); Atypical investigations reductions by 83%; most recently in Procurement savings above targe (>200%). During this period of time, have been able to work and design in multiple areas of the operation such as Business (from a Planning and Procurement perspective), Operations, Processes and People. All these areas has been extensively evaluated using Lean Principle and applying them to the Arecibo Operations, looking to improve the operation and implement those key structural elements that will enable MPS to operate in Arecibo, making sure the systems and proceeses are portable throughout our division.

José Ríos is Materials Manager for PEPSICO, Concentrate Operations Division, Cidra, PR . Mary Roldán, from Aguadilla, has 31 years of purchasing experience; 18 of them for Abbott Laboratories. Joined Abbott in 1992 as Senior Purchasing Agent in charge of all the stockrooms purchases for four plants with an overall inventory of more than $15MM. In 2000 was promoted to Principal Purchasing Agent in charge of purchases on the following areas: copiers and fax equipment, infirmary supplies and equipment, computer equipment and supplies, software, office equipment and supplies, WWT chemicals, promotional, safety supplies and equipment, janitorial supplies and equipment, printing supplies, labels, uniforms and validated parts. Assigned to ADI in 2005 in charge to coordinate the procurement of inventory and commodities for the Diagnostics Division. In 2007 participated as the Purchasing Team Leader for the Class A implementation at APL. Assigned to ABL in 2008 in charge of raw materials purchases and Class A Team implementation

Angel Soto is an industrial professional with more than 25 years experience in differents areas in the manafucturing industry, mainly in the areas of purchasing, sales and distribution. He has worked as Business Development Manager, Systems Implementation and Administrator in companies such as Bose, Intel and Toshiba.

Luis J. Concepción is Strategic Buyer for DuPont Agricultural; coordinate and execute the procurement in the facilities, keeping in mind cost saving goals and quality assurance issues. Eddie Varela worked for Eli Lilly & Co from 1989 to 1996, during that time he held different positions all within the Material Organization such as Buyer, Planner, Master Scheduler, and Packaging Engineer. Worked in a family business for the following two years. In 1998 started working in Hewlett Packard as Supply Chain Manager. Some of the key responsibilities are order management and fulfillment, management of a $400M+ procurement organization. Includes responsibility for inventory management, procurement of components, component vendor management and evaluation (HPSS). Developed a local sourcing strategy for specific commodities. Manage over 4600 SKU’s. Lorenzo Bell Jr. is the Manager of Supplier Diversity for Johnson Controls, Inc. Mr. Bell and the Johnson Control Diversity Business Development Team are responsible for managing more than $1 billion dollars in diverse purchases via the company’s enterprise-wide supplier diversity development initiatives. Mr. Bell’s role is to impact the decision making of the executive leadership team regarding Johnson Controls’ future direction, strategies and tactics in this area. He has created and championed policies and processes to track and improve the company’s diversity purchasing performance.
Prior to joining Johnson Controls Inc. in 2007 Mr. Bell served as Director of Supplier Diversity for several Fortune 500 Corporations were he successfully launched their companywide supplier diversity processes and program. Mr. Bell has fourteen years experience as a strategic sourcing and supply chain management in the Manufacturing, Healthcare, Professional Services, and Construction / Faculties Management industries. Mr. Bell also served nine years as a Naval Officer in the United States Navy and Naval Reserve. He leads the NMSDC Center of Excellence in New York/New Jersey and Georgia councils and serves on the board of directors for the Chicago, Georgia, and Tennessee, Minority Supplier Development Councils.

| Felipe González was born and raised in Chicago. In the same year he began working in finance for the 1st two years of his career. Felipe was given the opportunity to continue to develop in the Supply Chain area and for the next 15 year he executed the role of Buyer/Planner, Planner, Master scheduler and Planning Manager. During this period Felipe was involved with numerous product launches that had impact to the PR operation, for example Lipitor, Neurontin and Lyrica. During the last 5 years Felipe was given to be Procurement Manager for Direct and in 2008 was given the opportunity to lead Procurement in Puerto Rico for the Pfizer operation.

Ileana Matos Doval was born in Mayaguez and actually is a Region Manager for VWR Advanced Instrument. Part of her new responsibilities for 2010 is to assist our Corporate Partners in obtaining their Diversity goals. Part of her achievement was to be President of the Medical Technologist Association in 1982. Has been in Sales for Beckman Coulter as a Sales Supervisor, Baxter Sales as Manager for the Clinical Division.

Luis David Soto Zayas is President of MENTOR Technical Group, Luis David has over twenty years of combined experience within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Building Automation industries. Eng. Soto started his career at General Electric,, later on shifted through Procter & Gamble and Warner Lambert to continue his development within the Facilities/Utilities Engineering field. After that he joined the Johnson & Johnson family performing in several positions, moving on the ladder up to the position of Utilities Engineering Manager. His excellent performance and vision rewarded him presiding the prestigious J&J Engineering Council. His last assignment was as General Manager of SIEMEMS Building Technologies Caribbean Branch, before deciding to trade his current employer for his lifelong aspiration of raising his own company. Proud of his heritage, Cayey’s native son, along with two other visionary partners founded Mentor Technical Group ten years ago.
