focus area of our organization due to a niche of high-quality contractors offering services in this sector.
ALPROEM Engineering Contractors Inc. will offer skilled and trained technical personnel. Our
technical background will help to identify potential opportunities and/or milestones ahead of the
construction phases in order to minimize excessive designs, construction change orders, construction
costs and maximizing the job quality.

SITUATION ANALYSIS

The corporation commenced their operations on October 29, 1998. Commencing operation is nothing
more than continuing with the work we have been doing. In our previous job experiences, we
implemented energy and construction management projects, which represented a significant amount
of the company budget. We have established an excellent relationship with local representatives of the
different energy related products, which adds another asset to our corporation. We want to share this
experience with other companies and businesses.

Experience on plant and field engineering has shown us the importance of reducing operational costs
